Should you not have an in-house accounts department of your own, we offer the very best day to day account administration service of your very own accounts department, which entails paying suppliers, chasing debtors etc or we can do certain elements only should you have an in house book keeper – you are in full control. We can do this on or off site giving you all the flexibility dependant on your own individual requirement. We use a variety of accounting software to ensure that your accounting records are up to date.
Delmatrix Accountancy Services has its own in house payroll bureau, so all you need to do is inform us of the staff’s annual salaries or monthly hours for hourly paid staff, give us their tax codes and pension data, and we calculate net pay, the PAYE/NI liability due and account for the pension deductions based on information provided. Again, depending on your requirements, we can also arrange to pay the employees by BACS direct from your bank account and complete any paperwork for any external Pensions Company for all the pension deductions made.
At the end of the tax year we will prepare all the P35 end of year returns and file them with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on your behalf along with issuing P60’s and P11D’s to the employees according to the HMRC timetable.
For your accounting records, we prepare your accounts either from your source records or your accounting system into a statutory format in accordance with all the latest Companies Act requirements. As part of the accounts preparation exercise we carry out a detailed reconciliation of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account analysis to help identify any discrepancies and variances. We present the accounts in an understandable format for management and stakeholders alike.
In addition to all this we will also arrange to file your accounts with both Companies House and HMRC in their required formats to ensure you are fully compliant with all their rules and regulations.
